Jem was a momma cat that had given birth to a
litter of kittens outside someone’s apartment in Sacramento. The
family called us up & asked us if we could take them into our foster program because they couldn’t care for the
new family. We picked them up that day (the kittens were only a few days old). Jem stayed in foster care & took great care of her kittens. We knew though that Jem would never be comfortable being an indoor cat since she had lived her whole life
outdoors. We found a very safe indoor/outdoor home for Jem with lots of room
to explore but a warm place to be brought in to each night.

needed bottle-raising at 3 weeks old. They got adopted into a great family that didn't have any other pets. The daughters
were very excited to each pick out their own kitten.

Adopted by a family who was very excited to get her. - "She likes the sun, lying in the dry bathtub, her two
scratching posts, and keeping our 9 year old maltese on her toes. She is a great addition to our family and we love
her personality."

Adopted by his foster family.
He is loved and cuddled every moment of every day & he loves the family dog.

A bottle-raised gray tabby male who loves to give kisses and snuggle. Here's
a little of what Pearl had to say about her new kitty: "Hi, we wanted to let you know how much fun we are having with Little
Rascal, formerly Knockers. He has been here a week now and considers this his home - "everything goes and I'm the big chief."
He is totally adorable, loves his cat toys and anything else he can get into. He has learned to respect Sheba, our overgrown
female cat."
“Rascal”
is now a year old and his owners say he’s doing great. His latest picture
shows just how happy he is (and it looks like he’s still got the same playful personality!)

Two sweet teenagers with shy attitudes towards new people. Adopted together by a very nice mother & daughter
willing to give them a chance to find a lifestyle they could be comfortable with. Lance & Oscar are doing well in their
new environment. They are learning how to deal with the family's dogs, and they are becoming less shy with their new owners.
They are finally coming out of their shells & they are definitely comfy enough to stick around.

A great companion who had been wiating a while
to get adopted into just the right home, in other words, she waited until she had picked just the right people to let take
her home LaVerne (now known as "Rasta") has done quite well in her new home. She adjusted in no time and enjoys sleeping with
her new mom and batting ping pong balls around the house. Her new family couldn't be happier to have her: "She is healthy
and happy and I adore her. I just wanted to thank you guys so much for what you have done for me, for her, and for all the
other cats and kittens that you have helped."

Brothers found & bottle-raised at a very young
age who also had their share of health concerns early on. They finally got healthy
& big enough for adoption & went to a friend of their first foster mom who had watched them grow up from the beginning. We are so happy that the pair got to go to such a good home together.

“Luke has already found some favorite places to sleep (next to the VCR and on Arek's
desk), he loves to play with his feather toy (thank-you Roselyn!), and he's already feeling right at home. We want to thank-you for helping us find the perrrrfect addition to our family and will continue
to update you as he grows up!”
