Gatsby
gatsby1.jpg
A hard-case bottle-baby that was lucky his foster mom decided to keep him issues & all.
George

Exactly what his new owner was looking for (A loving cat with a great personality that can entertain you for hours straight).
Georgia
Black Cat
Georgia got adopted so fast that we didn’t even get a chance to take a picture of her.  She has such a great personality, and she is gorgeous and soft, so there’s no secret why she grabbed everyone’s attention at the 1st adoption event she went to.  Georgia will be living with an older lady who was looking for a very loyal and friendly companion.  Georgia’s sweet disposition & cuddly attitude should be just what the doctor ordered for her new owner.
Geronimo and Cheluzi

Kittens that had grown up together but weren't related, adopted into the same home together to be loved by the family's 2 daughters. Both kittens had been bottle-raised, and had been in foster care for months. They have made a great transition to their new home & family, and they are loved unconditionally everyday.
Gene Grey
Black Cat
Adopted by a foster's friend who had been holding out for just the perfect playmate for the cat she already had. Gene Gray Goppert is doing great in her new home. She loves her new sister kitty and she sits on the bathroom counter every morning & watches her mom put her makeup on.

“Gene is doing very well in her new home! She is such a love! She has older brothers and sisters to run and play with. She has such a lovable personality! We are so happy she came to live with us! Thank you so much for all you've done to improve the lives of cats and kittens.”  (We’re expecting pictures soon so stay tuned!)
Gertie
gertie2.jpg
Gertie was born in foster care and was the last of her litter to be adopted, but that didn't stop her from finding a great family. Recently her family emailed us & had the following to say, "We adopted Gertie (we actually renamed her Sassy) several months ago and are in total love with her... so much that since we have moved into a bigger home and we would like a companion for her."
Ginger

Very sweet and charming-Adopted by a friend of her foster mom.
Ginger

A very unique copper tabby adopted as a gift for some grandparents who had lost their very beloved cat. The family was very excited to get her, and Ginger had just what the doctor ordered to mend a broken heart.
Ginger & Mocha

Adopted by friends of our foster coordinator.  Ginger & Mocha will be loving their new life as family cats belonging to 3 boys and sharing their new home & yard with a family cat & dog.

Ginger, Scooter and Mimi

Bottle-raised together from the time they were only about 10 days old, and all adopted together by their foster mom’s boyfriend’s mom (who didn’t have any pets & decided she fell in love with all of them after she kitten-sat them 1 weekend at her house).
Gracie
Black Cat
Adopted by a friend of her foster mom as a companion for the woman's disabled sister who loves cats. We have heard that Gracie has settled right in to her new place in their family.
Gwenevere
gwenevere_2.jpg
Gwenevere is a very lucky kitty to be adopted by her foster mom in spite of a hind leg joint issue that she faces.  Her foster mom and now adopted mom, is very understanding of her limitations and loves her just the same (not to mention she tailors Gwenevere’s lifestyle to meet her needs).  Her mom also likes the fact that she is slightly cross-eyed (that along with her tendency to talk back give her personality).
Harley and Huxley
harleyandhuxley.jpg
jack_sawyer.jpg
Brothers rescued from the Yolo County shelter and fostered until they were big enough to get neutered and adopted. Very sweet kitties whose attitudes compliment each other perfectly. Both adopted at 3 months old into the same home where they will be loved unconditionally by their new mom who was very eager to adopt them both together.  Renamed Jack & Sawyer (from the TV show “Lost”), are doing great in their new home & growing like weeds.  Their mom sent us this update…” [Jack & Sawyer] follow me around wherever I go…Having them together is great.  Thank you so much for letting me adopt these 2 special boys.”
Harry Potter
harrypotter1.jpg
Bottle-raised from 2 days old, Harry was adopted by his foster mom’s boyfriend (now she can see him all of the time no matter how big he gets).
Hermies
hermies.jpg

A very playful bottle-raised kitten who could be quite the instigator.  Hermies was adopted into a home with another young female kitten that was looking for a playmate that could be just as rowdy as she is.

Hermies has a ton of energy and is never afraid to demand the attention he feels he deserves. He's curious and adventurous. He loves to be held like a baby and play with his tail.” “Ah, he's not perfect however... he did claim the life of one of our Betta fish... straight out of the bowl...and into a snack! we came home to quite a scene. But, such is life. … Other than that, he's been just a gem!” - We’re glad the little stinker has found such a loving home!

Hermione
hermione.jpg

Hermione (new name is Diana) is having the best time with her new family.  She plays with the family’s dogs and has even learned to come before the puppy has!  It looks like she’s quite comfy in her new home.

Hershey
hershey2.jpg
Hershey was adopted from the Yolo County Shelter when he was a timid little kitten about 6-7 weeks old.  In only a week or so, Hershey & his brother Bubba were causing their foster mom a ton of grief by always wanting to play no matter what time it was (they loved to play on the bed in the middle of the night).  Hershey was adopted after going to the PetsMart adoptions a few weeks in a row.  A very nice man who lived all alone & didn’t have any pets was looking for a roommate who would keep him occupied & entertained.  Hershey was just what he needed!
Hunter
hunter1.jpg
Hunter was a very rambunctious and loving kitten, but you wouldn’t have known that when he came into our foster program as a scared and shy little kitten.  In just a few days he was playing with toys, purring when you were holding him, and trying to suck on your fingers.  He got along great wit other animals & any person willing to pay him attention.  Hunter was not surprisingly adopted at his first visit to our PetsMart adoptions.  The couple was so excited to get him that they had a very hard time waiting a week to come & pick him up.  He will get all of the attention & love her deserves
Hunter
2nd_hunter.jpg
Adopted by his foster mom’s boss who had been looking for just the right orange tabby kitten & found it in Hunter.  By the way, his new family loves him to death & he gets along great with the other cats in the house.
Husky
husky.jpg
Husky was born in foster care & was the biggest kitten from his litter.  A very nice couple adopted him at his first visit to PetsMart.  They didn’t have any kids or other pets, and they were looking for something they could pour their love into.  Husky was their boy!
India
india.jpg
Adopted by a very nice family looking for a companion for themselves & their other cat at home-They have let us know that India has mixed right into the family & is buddies with their other cat now.
Indy
indy.jpeg
indy_isis.jpg
Adopted into a family where she will be the only cat, be given the run of the house, and all the love that 2 girls have to offer.

The family who adopted Indy recently emailed us the following, "In December of 2004 we adopted a cat (whom we call Isis) from The Feral Feline Organization, Davis. She may very well be the best cat on the planet. Isis is sweet, cute, smart, silly, playful, and exceptionally lovable and friendly."
Inferno
inferno.jpeg
Also adopted by his foster mom who found that her other cat was not willing to part from her new friend.
Inny
inny.jpg
Adopted by a very nice lady who is fond of black cats.  She was interested in adopted something older than a kitten, and was drawn to Inny’s picture right away.  She stopped by PetsMart to meet Inny in person, and scheduled a day to pick her up & take her home.  Inny is doing wonderfully in her new home, and her new mom is bonding well with her. - "She turned out to be a mellow and talkative kitty."
Isabel
isabell.jpg
Isabell was adopted by her foster mom’s roommate.  Isabell fit into the household so perfectly, and lately had made it clear that she considered herself home already, that her new mom just couldn’t give up the cat she had grown to love so much.
